Rick E. Ciccone

Rick Ciccone has more than 26 years of experience at Procter & Gamble including roles in Manufacturing, Customer Service, Logistics and Supply Chain. His current role is in Global Corporate Functions where responsibility for Supply Chain Innovation is housed. In this capacity Rick has worked on upstream Supply Chain concepts, leveraging these across the Company. In previous roles, he had responsibility for the $2B Global Skin Care Supply Chain which included the Olay, Noxzema and SKII brands with manufacturing in China, Thailand, Puerto Rico, Ireland, Japan and Canada. Previously he was based in Geneva with responsibility for the Western European Personal Beauty Care and Global Fine Fragrance Supply Chains. He was has led improvements in Manufacturing, Supply Chain Strategy, and Gillette Integration.

Rick received his degree in Chemical Engineering from the school of Applied Science and Engineering at the University of Toronto in Canada. He has several speaking engagements to his credit including At the Crossroads of Supply Chain and Strategy - Mar 2005. MIT CTL Crossroads Symposium; Driving Transformation through Metrics - Nov 2005. Dr Michael Hammer Forum; Consumer Driven Supply Networks - Nov 2005 - Nexus 2005 Supply Chain Conference; Manufacturing's Role in Reinventing the Supply Chain - Jan 2006. Supply-Chain Council Executive Conference. He lives in Cincinnati with his wife and youngest daughter. His eldest daughter is at college in Boston.
